Application for permits are done through our online permitting site Accela Citizen Access (ACA): https://ca.rcid.org/CitizenAccess. With ACA, an applicant can easily complete permit application forms, pay fees, track the application approval process, schedule inspections and request various forms of occupancy. The District has partnered with ePermitHub to launch the Digital Plan Room, which seamlessly integrates into the ACA Portal.
